HUMBLE, TX-NewQuest Properties has negotiated a new lease deal in Houston on behalf of Petco Southwest, the tenant. Petco Southwest has inked a lease for 12,585 square feet of retail space in Park Lakes Landing located at Wilson Road and the Sam Houston Parkway in Humble.
