ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Irvine-based Standard Pacific Corp. is planning for residential development in Buena Park. The company bought a five-acre parcel in Buena Park at 6501 E. Orangethorpe Ave. situated near the Artesia (91) and Santa Ana (I-5) freeways from Salt Lake City-based Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to develop residential homes.

Standard Pacific has plans to construct 36 single-family homes measuring nearly 2,200 to 2,400 square feet on the site. Construction will start in two months. NAI Capital brokered the deal.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
