MILWAUKEE-Two companies have purchased new buildings in the Germantown Business Park. Plastics Components Inc. has bought a new building measuring 14,000 square feet at N118W18845 Bunson Drive for $865,000 from Construction Concepts of Wisconsin Inc. and KLH Industries Inc. has purchased a 15,000-square-foot building across Fulton Street from Electro Plastics Inc. for nearly $800,000.
