MIAMI-AVE Aviation & Commerce Center, a mixed-use, master-planned business park situated at the western region of Opa-Locka Executive Airport, has inked four new retail and industrial leases totaling 85,000 square feet. Cintas and BK Frames will each lease 6,300 square feet in AVE's Class A industrial facility spanning 151,000 square feet called Building "N".
