TAMPA, FL-Tampa-based Blue Rock Partners LLC, along with Deerfield Beach-based Konover South LLC, has purchased Palm Grove Apartment Homes, a 244-unit apartment complex at 5039 Chalet Court in Tampa, from Centerline Holding Company/Alliance ES Palm Grove LLC for $5.55 million. The property is situated near North 50th Street and East Busch Boulevard.
Blue Rock will spend $2 million to develop the complex and rename it as The Park at Chesterfield. Centerline Holding acquired the complex in November 2008 for $10.7 million.For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal.
