ALBANY-CB Richard Ellis has been appointed as a new leasing agent for Latham Circle Mall, a shopping center spanning 675,000 square feet at the junction of the New York, Albany area. The mall owner has retained CB Richard Ellis' Boston office to market the indoor shopping center.
An affiliate of Realty Financial assumed control over the center in 2009 when Eugene Weiss, the former owner, failed to pay a $25-million loan. The shopping center is nearly empty. For the full story, go to The Business Review.
