MILWAUKEE-CommonBond Communities is seeking approval from the city to construct a $2.4-million senior-housing development in Franklin. The new project with 30 apartments will complete Clare Meadows, a senior-housing development on a 14-acre property on South 51st Street.
Horizon Development Group Inc. began Clare Meadows with 135 apartments, and completed a 40-unit building seven year ago and a 16-unit condo four years ago.
