NEW YORK CITY-GroupMe has recently signed a lease deal with the Winter Organization for 5,300 square feet of space at 26 West 17th Street located in the Flatiron District, a.k.a. Silicon Alley. Terms of the lease deal were not revealed.
The asking rent for the space was $37 per square foot. Slater Traaen with the Kaufman Organization negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
