
LIVERMORE, CA-Contra Costa Times reported that a retail redevelopment proposal is waiting for the approval of Livermore's planning commission. According to the proposal, the existing Tire Mart and Hollywood Video buildings will be replaced with a Walgreens Pharmacy spanning 15,850 square feet. The Hollywood Video store has been vacant since its parent announced bankruptcy in 2010.
