BUFFALO-Maid Pro has found a new location in Amherst for its local offices. 22 Lafayette Associates LLC, an affiliate of Maid Pro, has bought a 3,000-square-foot building for an amount of $190,000.
The property was turned from a vacant house into an office building. Hampshire Enterprises LLC was the owner of the building. Maid Pro, which had been leasing space in the Village of Williamsville, will move into the Amherst building soon. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First.
