FORT WORTH-The US Department of Housing and Urban Development has offered a refinancing loan worth $1.7 million for Prince Hall Gardens II, an apartment complex comprising 76 apartments in Fort Worth.
Love Funding, a St. Louis-based firm providing multifamily housing mortgages, helped the property owners in the transaction. The complex owners will use about $100,000 of the loan amount for renovating the complex.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
