DENTON, TX-CB Richard Ellis has arranged a $35.6-million loan to support a student housing community in Denton. The Forum at Denton Station, a 420,432-square-foot project that contains over 1,000 student residents, is situated one mile south of Texas Woman's University and the University of North Texas.
The student housing community, built in 2009, is currently 99% occupied. CB Richard Ellis financed the Cypress Denton Station LP-owned property through Freddie Mac.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
