CHICAGO-Purinton Development LLC and ACG Equities Inc. have purchased Belden Centre for an undisclosed price from Commercial Management Co. based in South Barrington. The retail center measuring 51,117 square feet is located at 2301-15 N. Clark Street and Belden Avenue in Lincoln Park. The center is just over 20% occupied.
