COPPELL, TX-DaVita Rx is expanding its regional call center in Coppell. The company has leased an office space spanning 95,600 square feet at 1234 Lakeshore Drive.
DaVita Rx has renewed its lease in the building for 56,000 square feet and expanded the space to 95,600 square feet. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Louis Carpenter from USI Real Estate Brokerage Service Inc., while RREEF, the property owner, was represented by Todd Jones from Lone Star Realty Advisors.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
