NEW YORK CITY-Hovnanian Enterprises Inc., a home builder based in New Jersey, is retaining its office space at the General Motors Building. The company has agreed to renew its lease for five years with Boston Properties for nearly 2,500 square feet of space at 767 Fifth Ave.

The home builder will occupy the 46th floor of the General Motors Building. It has decided to pay $175 per square foot for the space. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the tenant in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
