
MINNEAPOLIS-The city of Minneapolis has released a request for proposals for the Grain Belt Brewhouse site situated along the Mississippi River. The city hopes to find developers for the 3.5-acre mixed-use site.
The city wants developers with multifamily housing ideas on a part of the site as well as wants to redevelop the Grain Belt office building at 1215 Marshall St. N.E.
