MINNETONKA, MN-The Minnetonka City Council has approved an apartment building on the north side of I-394. Duffy Development Co. proposed for Sunset Hill Apartments, a four-story, 64-unit apartment complex at 12720 and 12708 Wayzata Blvd. close to the Ridgedale Shopping Center.
The apartment complex will come up on a two-parcel site, which currently holds two vacant homes and an empty animal hospital. Duffy has agreed to purchase the site from Morrie's Automotive Group.
