NEW YORK CITY-Oppenheimer & Co. has renewed its 90,000-square-foot lease, covering the 24th and 25th floors of the MetLife Building located at 200 Park Avenue, for an undisclosed amount. However, asking rent for 200 Park Avenue space is in the range of $75 per square foot.

In the deal, Steven Bauer of Cushman & Wakefield and Mitchell Konsker and Matthew Astrachan of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to New York Post.
