BONITA BEACH, FL-The Land Solutions has completed the disposition of 1,414 acres in Tampa. BB Road, LLC has sold the property to RP Bonita Beach Road, LLC, which an alliance of Naples-based developer Ronto Group and Rockpoint Capital, for $18 million.
The 690 acres of the land is situated in Bonita Springs and the remaining 724 acres is situated in Hendry and Lee counties. Randy Thibaut and William Rollins of the Land Solutions represented the seller.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
