
MILWAUKEE-Sic Lazaro, a Spanish manufacturer, has inked a short-term lease at the old RexCon and Rose Industries plant in Milwaukee. The company has leased 50,000 square feet at the Inertia Machine Corp.-owned factory measuring 138,000 square feet at 7044-7100 N. Teutonia Ave.
