ORANGE PARK, FL-Southeast Apartment Partners has closed the sale of an apartment property in Jacksonville. Tampa-based Landmark Residential has acquired Wellington Place, an apartment complex consisting of 358 units in Orange Park, in a distressed sale for an amount of $20 million.
