
MINNEAPOLIS-Alatus has officially released the plans of its redevelopment project worth over $300 million to be developed on the Block E center site in downtown Minneapolis. The project called Minnesota Live will feature a casino, a rooftop terrace spanning 60,000 square feet, restaurants and retail space.
Alatus purchased the Block E center, a retail complex, for $14 million in 2010. The planned project's architect is Cunningham Group and general contractor is Ryan Cos. US Inc.For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
