PHILADELPHIA-Beacon Commercial Real Estate has closed four lease deals at One Belmont Ave., known as the GSB building, in Bala Cynwyd. Amdocs has leased 2,931 square feet; Cambria Capital Management has renewed a 1,815-square-foot lease; Just Energy has leased 3,998 square feet; and HRI has leased 4,400 square feet of space on the fifth floor of the GSB building.
