Berzack

SHERMAN OAKS, CA-The Berzack Group, led by president Warren Berzack, has joined Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles markets. Berzack joins Lee & Associates as a principal and retains his title of president of the Berzack Group, which will continue to operate under the Lee umbrella. He will be joined by his partner, Stephen Geiger, who has decades of real estate experience and began working with Berzack two years ago.

Berzack, who has transacted more than $500 million in sales, formerly was with Encino-based Investment Real Estate Associates for 10 years, where he was a vice president and among the top agents every year since 2003. Mike Tingus, president of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, said in an announcement regarding Berzack that the Lee platform “will allow him to expand on that tremendous success.” Geiger, Tingus said, has “years of experience working in the Los Angeles North and Southern California markets make him a great addition to our multi-housing investments group.”

Glen Kutsovsky and Slavic Zlatkin will also be joining the Berzack Group at Lee as associates specializing in multifamily investments. Both were formerly with the Berzack Group at Investment Real Estate Associates.

The Berzack Group brings over 50 years of combined experience with particular expertise in multifamily and triple-net, single-tenant retail properties. The team has extensive experience assisting clients to transition from multifamily to management-free NNN assets and facilitating 1031 exchanges.
