SUNRISE, FL-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of an office building in Fort Lauderdale. BMS, Inc. has sold its previous South Florida headquarters building located at 5555 Nob Hill Road in Sunrise to Wood Business Systems, Inc. The 30,000-square-foot facility changed hands for $2.5 million or about $85 per square foot.
Harry Tangalakis and Tom O'Loughlin from CBRE's Fort Lauderdale office represented BMS, while David Wigoda and Steve Wasseman with Jones Lang LaSalle represented Wood Business Systems in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
