CHICAGO-The City Council has approved the controversial plan proposed by North Side developers for the redevelopment of the old Lincoln Park Hospital site. Michael Supera and Richard Zisook required this approval to turn the property, located at Geneva Terrace, Webster and avenues, to a mixed-use development.

Much of the debate surrounds the proposed plan of Fresh Market's 20,000-square-foot grocery store. The development also includes 152 residential units and 95,000 square feet of professional and medical office space.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
