SOUTHLAKE, TX-Southlake's City Council has approved plans for additional 140 residences at Southlake Town Square. Cooper & Stebbins LP is the owner and operator of Southlake Town Square.
Frank Bliss, president of Cooper & Stebbins, has said that the residential project is planned on a 10.7-acre parcel just off Texas 114 located in the northeast Tarrant County city.
