NEW YORK CITY-Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. has inked leases with three new tenants at its 3 Park Avenue building. ICON Investments is relocating its headquarters to the 41-floor tower by signing a 23,000-square-foot lease for 10 years. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in the deal.
