CHICAGO-The Lakeshore East development is growing in spite of less demand for condominiums. Magellan Development Group LLC and Brininstool, Kerwin and Lynch, an architectural firm, are planning to construct 49-story apartment complex with 499 units at 345 E. Wacker.
Magellan will break ground on the $150-million building in June and it will take approximately 18 months to complete the construction work. The apartment building will also include an 18,000-square-foot commercial space and 272 parking lots.For the full story, go to Chicago Sun Times.
