NEW YORK CITY-Epic LLC has confirmed that it is purchasing the newly built Meatpacking District office tower located at 15 Little West 12th Street for over $70 million. The five-floor building measures nearly 70,000 square feet. The building's base space measuring 32,000 square feet was leased to Arhaus, a furniture company, while Palantir Technologies occupied the fifth floor penthouse.
