ORLANDO-Fifth Third Bank has launched a new branch office measuring 4,322 square feet at the SoDo Orlando mixed-use development in downtown Orlando. According to Orange County documents, the bank purchased the site spanning nearly 1 acre on Orange Avenue immediately south of Grant Street for $2.2 million in 2009.
CB Richard Ellis was the manager and MS Consultants Inc. was the designer of the project. Heinkel, Griffin & Rufrano Construction Inc. served as general contractor for the project.For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal.
