BUFFALO-The Hamister Group is all set to buy the Tischman Building located on Lafayette Square in downtown Buffalo for an undisclosed price. The company has confirmed that it has the building under contract. An investment group based in New York currently owns the 19-floor building spanning 200,000 square feet.
