BROOKLYN, NY-Smaller residential developments are reaching the brownstone neighborhoods of Clinton Hill and Bedford-Stuyvesant. A contract has been signed for a lot measuring 8,000 square feet at 37-41 Lexington Ave. in Brooklyn.

The buyer plans to construct four, three-family townhomes at the site, which was formerly approved for a 24-unit condo building. Another buyer has also inked a deal for an 11,000-square-foot plot.
