NEW YORK CITY-Three tenants have signed lease deals at 1133 Sixth Avenue. Compensation Advisory Partners has signed a six-year lease for 5,976 square feet on the 36th floor; Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler has renewed its lease for three years and seven months for 10,800 square feet on the 15th floor; and Klingman and Associates has signed a seven-year renewal for 5,443 square feet on the 31st floor of the building.
