CHICAGO-Two investors are paying a total of $83 million for industrial buildings near O'Hare International Airport and in Joliet. Hawaii-based James Campbell Co. has purchased a two-building, 228,603-square-foot complex at 1333 and 1347 S. Mount Prospect Road from San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp. for $31.1 million.
In another deal, Liberty Property Trust has signed a contract to purchase a 213,500-square-foot building at 27413 S. Baseline Road and a 1-million-square-foot warehouse at 21705-21707 W.
