CHICAGO-Wells Fargo & Co. has signed a lease for 17 years for 300,000 square feet of space at 10 S. Wacker. The company is consolidating its wealth management and wholesale banking operations scattered across five buildings.
Wells Fargo currently occupies 264,000 square feet of space in five buildings. It will relocate to the new location in phases starting from November.
