DALLAS-Younan Properties, an investor based in Los Angeles, is seeking a buyer for Energy Square buildings located along North Central Expressway. The company has hired Jones Lang LaSalle to market Energy Square, a three-building, 900,000-square-foot office complex at University Drive and North Central.
