DALLAS-CB Richard Ellis has brokered a lease deal for an office space in Dallas.

DALLAS-CB Richard Ellis has brokered a lease deal for an office space in Dallas. Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart PC has signed a lease for an office space spanning 16,222 square feet at 8117 Preston Road.

The tenant has leased the office space from CB Richard Ellis Investors Strategic Partners. Chris Herrmann, Jay Bailey, J.J. Leonard, Jeff Kittleson and Susannah Bame from CB Richard Ellis handled the lease transaction.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
