TAMPA, FL-Crossman & Company has brokered three new leases totaling 3,065 square feet at Hampton Lakes, a mixed-use commercial center at 13016 Race Track Road in Tampa. Classic Concepts has signed a lease for five years for 665 square feet of office space; Sneak-a-Peek 4D Baby Boutique has leased 1,100 square feet for five years; and T-Mobile has signed a five-year retail lease for 1,300 square feet at the center.
