
MIAMI-CB Richard Ellis' Charles Foschini has arranged a refinancing loan worth $23 million for the Dadeland Centre II office tower. JPMorgan Chase Bank offered the amortizing loan that extends for 30 years with a five-year fixed interest rate. The loan-to-value ratio is 70%.
George R. Brown Jr. is the manager of the 114,610-square-foot office tower situated at 9155 S. Dadeland Blvd in the Kendall area of Miami. MetLife, Credomatic of Florida and Cole are some of the tenants of the tower.For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal.
