FORT PIERCE, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has brokered the sale of an exterior corridor hotel in Fort Pierce. A financial institution has sold the old Days Inn, a 59-room hotel at 6651 Okeechobee Road, to a limited liability company for an amount of $850,000.
The former Days Inn, constructed in 1986, is located directly off I-95. Jonathan S. Ruprai from Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
