Just Fitness Signs Lease at Spring Creek Marketplace

PLANO, TX-The Weitzman Group and John Bowles Co. have brokered a lease deal in Dallas.

PLANO, TX-The Weitzman Group and John Bowles Co. have brokered a lease deal in Dallas. Plano-based Just Fitness has signed a lease for 21,577 square feet of retail space in the Spring Creek Marketplace retail center situated on Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.

Beau Barkerding, Marc Marrocco and Perren Gasc from the Weitzman Group as well as Zach Berman and Taylor LeMaster from John Bowles Co. negotiated the lease deal.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
