MIAMI BEACH-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a Victoria's Secret-anchored retail building in South Beach.

MIAMI BEACH-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a Victoria's Secret-anchored retail building in South Beach. A foreign entity has purchased the retail building spanning 13,624 square feet at 745 Collins Ave. for $17.65 million, or about $1,331 per square foot.

In the deal, the buyer was represented by Sean Shahar Ziv, a San Diego-based property investment specialist, while the seller was represented by Lori Schneider, Kirk Olson and Drew Kristol of Marcus & Millichap.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
