RICHARDSON, TX-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of an office space in Dallas. MobileComm Ventures LLC has acquired the office space measuring 11,994 square feet at 465 State Highway 190 in Richardson.

Custer Commons LP is the seller of the office space. Rick Rensi and Dennis Barnes with CB Richard Ellis, and Sanober Syed and Janice Peters with Hudson Peters were involved in the deal.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
