SOUTHLAKE, TX-Performance Bike has signed a lease for a retail space measuring 8,400 square feet at Valley View Market in Southlake. The company will open a bike shop in the new location.
This will be the fifth North Texas location for Performance Bike. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by David Fazio, Jack Weir and Steve Lieberman from The Retail Connection, while the landlord was represented by Michael Miller and Henry S.
