AUSTIN, TX-Retail Solutions' Matt Dalahoussaye has negotiated two leases in the Austin region on behalf of the landlords. In the first deal, TNG Worldwide Beauty has inked a 1,246-square-foot lease at Oak Hill Center located at 6705 Highway 290. CB Richard Ellis' Brian McMurray negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant.
