MIAMI-Wexford Miami, the University of Miami Life Science & Technology Park developer, has signed two lease deals in the 252,000-square-foot project. A Broward County medical device firm and Community Blood Centers of South Florida will occupy a total of 10,000 square feet in the development.

The nonprofit blood center will employ 20 people in the new facility. Other tenants in the new project include Daya Medicals, Enterprise Development Corp. of South Florida and Novak Druce + Quigg.For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal.
