CHICAGO, IL-Whole Foods Market has inked a 30,000-square-foot lease in a planned mixed-use development at East Hyde Park Boulevard and Lake Park Avenue in the South Side neighborhood. The retailer plans to launch its store in 2014 summer. However, the project's developer Antheus Capital LLC must find funding for the project first.
