TAMPA, FL-Senior Home Care, Inc. has leased 5,300 square feet of space at 380 Park Place in Clearwater. The home health care services provider has leased the space from Highwoods Properties, Inc.
With Senior Home Care's lease, the occupancy rate at the Park Place building has reached 100%.
