Brickell Bay Tower Reaches 91% Occupancy

MIAMI-Six new leases--including expansions--help the tower beat market odds. The new deals total more than 37,000 square feet

MIAMI-Brickell Bay Office Tower, a 32-story, 280,500-square-foot class A office tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District, has reached 91% occupancy on the back of six new lease deals. The completed transactions account for 37,576 square feet of office and retail space.
